Order Fulfillment

When you place an order at our shop, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Ordering and shipping is only available within the United States.

Normal order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays normally ship the following Monday. Order processing and shipping may be adjusted based on office holiday closures.

All customers are encouraged to place orders 7-10 business days ahead of when items are needed to ensure timely delivery. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email with estimated arrival date.

We offer 3 shipping options:

  • Flat rate – Ground* (currently 4-6 business days for delivery by Shippers due to Capacity Levels)*: $17.50
  • Flat rate – 2-Day (Orders Must be received before 12 noon CST for Express Shipping): $25.00
  • Flat rate – Standard Overnight (Orders Must be received before 12 noon CST for Express Shipping): $45.00

Orders received by 12 noon CST will be shipped the same day; they will otherwise be shipped the following business day.

Something isn’t working out for you? 

You can request an authorization for a return within 30 days of delivery. Email your request to clinical@bio-infusions.com.

Important: You must reach out to our team first in order to get your Return Authorization. Please do not ship your product back without talking to our team.

Once you have received your authorization, please return products in their original packaging. Items must be unused, unopened and in saleable condition. We will not accept returns if the outer cartons are damaged. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. That said, Bio-Infusions USA Inc. will cover the full cost of the order + shipping charges in case of our errors or defective products.

Processing time for returns is 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 to 14 business days from our receipt of the returned items for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

How to Return an Item

Once your returned item has shipped, please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
